Rehearsing with a local S3

To try the cloud setup without a cloud account, run RustFS, an S3-compatible server, in Docker:

docker run -d --name rustfs -p 9000:9000 -v rustfs-data:/data \
  -e RUSTFS_ACCESS_KEY=localkey -e RUSTFS_SECRET_KEY=localsecret123 rustfs/rustfs:latest
export AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=localkey AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=localsecret123 AWS_REGION=us-east-1
export AWS_ENDPOINT=http://localhost:9000 AWS_ALLOW_HTTP=true
aws --endpoint-url http://localhost:9000 s3 mb s3://lake
export TIMELAKE_WAREHOUSE=s3://lake/warehouse

The steps above then work unchanged against the bucket.
