What we'll run

We'll use its data and queries; timebench will load the data and time the queries, so the numbers won't compare with its leaderboard.

The original

Timescale's real-time analytics benchmark: an online store's customers, products, orders, and 171M order events, with 33 queries. Some read one order or a short window, some join tables, some read pre-aggregated views. It uses ClickBench's harness and rules.

How we'll run it

  • Its data written into each system, the events streamed like TSBS IoT.
  • The lookup and join queries as published. The pre-aggregated queries once Timelake has rollups, reported as unsupported until then.
